§ No more shame on "Effort"
§Or do you still pursuing “the genius that is nowhere”?

[Slow art] = 『Let's work on art with a relaxed feeling ! 』

And

[Overworking Slow Art] = 『Let's spend as much time as possible on art ! 』

I think it means that.

Originally, I think that [Slow Art], that is, "working on leisurely art" should be enough.

However, when I consider the situation where "art " is currently located, I think that, "that is not enough ", "art will disappear, if just relax".

At present, there is no "Regulation" or "definition" in "art".
Such a situation has been continuing for about 100 years.
Was it really "free", for you and for art?

"No regulation" has made it possible for anyone to claim an artist.
"No definition" means that no matter whatever art, it cannot be said to be wrong" .

(※There is no fact that everyone was recognized as "artist.")

I think that is not bad, but rather good.
But if it were "completely unspecified" or "completely undefined", the art would not be able to continue to exist.

In other words, it means that "the existence of art" itself is disappearing.

At least, in the early 20th century, trying to loosen the "rules and definitions of art" and expand "interpretation of the arts" was for breaking out of the overly cramped rules and definitions, but must not have been to erase the existence of art.
Wasn't that to give "art" a "new territory", to release, and to lead "art" into a new development?

If so, I have to say that "the state of the art" deviates too much from its original purpose.

But that has been going on for 100 years.
In such a current situation, if we keep relax, we will find nothing.

Considering "the situation where the current art is located", isn't "just relaxing" a little insufficient?
I guess a little bit of "struggle" is needed until we regain 100 years.
And further, I am trying to do that "struggle" as much time as possible.

And I think to go one more step, that "spending time and effort" is "the only artistry that can be presented now".

In short, that's what I call [Over-Working Slow Art].

Until now, in the field of art, especially in the field of visual art, in a sense, infinite freedom has been given.

But it was "too much free."
In other words, "everyone got tired about freedom. "

So why not go back to "hard working" again?
Originally, I think "art" was "the field where people work hardest".
But why did "art" abandon "effort = hard work" and pursue only "talent given from nature= genius"?

Perhaps it maybe because "effort" has looked like a "symbol of the past that we want to throw away", reminiscent of "stone-head art" stick to established format.

And I think that "genius" was "a substitute for God" in [the era when God was lost], and "a symbol of a dream" that makes people forget "a cramped age".

However, that "dream" quickly became a "new reality" and a "new authority".

And as a result of having been dependent on that "legend of genius" for about 100 years, "a new cramped era" has already been established.

at now, isn't it time to abandon this "fictional world"?
